Return Policy


Hi! We return stuff, too, totally get it. In an effort to make this as straightforward as possible, here are some official words about our return policy:

  • You have 30 days from your order date to request a return.
  • We accept merchandise that is unworn, unaltered and undamaged, inside its original packaging, with hang tags attached.
  • If returning items from two separate orders, you must make two separate returns. Follow instructions below on how to make a return.

If you bought a bundle, however (meaning your items came together as part of a set: Peanut Butter & Jelly, the Zoo, Errand Runner, the Good Mood), email with your return request. Please include your order number, proof of purchase and return reason. Someone will respond within 24 hrs. (If you can’t remember or are unsure, email! We’re here to help.)

For returns requested within 30 days of order date, we’ll automatically refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment once it has been received, inspected and approved. Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process after our warehouse receives them. 

We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your refund. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your refund to post on your bank statement, this depends on your bank and/or billing cycle.


  • Our prepaid return labels use USPS Parcel Select. 
  • Please note that no refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.
  • All returns must be sent with our prepaid label in order to guarantee a refund. 
  • Please note we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 
  • For orders returned from U.S. territories or military bases (APO/DPO/FPO), please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping and processing.
  • This return policy is not a warranty as to any of the goods or services provided in our site.
